We are a non-profit organization trailblazing a path to sustainability. Our funding comes primarily from annual contributions paid by board members as well as voluntary contributions from selected Endeavor Entrepreneurs. To sustain our long-term operations in a mission-aligned manner, we created Endeavor Catalyst — a rules-based, co-investment fund launched in 2012, which invests in the High-Impact Entrepreneurs that Endeavor supports and returns a portion of the financial gains to Endeavor offices.
