About the Event
Where the world's most ambitious founders become Endeavor Entrepreneurs.
Endeavor selects new Entrepreneurs at International Selection Panels — bringing together founders of venture-backed companies with significant traction and global ambition. Selection unfolds over two and a half days of rigorous interviews and deliberation, following a process spanning 50+ countries.
In 2025, the median participating company generated $30M USD in annual revenue and grew at 112% over three years. Panelists, candidates, observers, and guests gain a front-row view into the realities of building at global scale.
The ISP Comes to Canada
For the first time, the ISP comes to Canada — hosted entirely in and around the cobblestone streets and waterfront of Vieux-Montréal. Founded in 1642 and protected as a historic district since 1964, the neighbourhood sits on the banks of the St. Lawrence and remains one of North America's oldest — and most walkable. Every event, from opening dinner to closing celebration, is within a short walk of the same streets.

Guests arrive, collect credentials, and receive a full briefing on the ISP process. The rhythm of the three days begins here.
The ISP opens with a formal welcome reception at the headquarters of one of Canada's most storied conglomerates — setting a fittingly grand tone for what follows.
Sept 16
The centrepiece of the ISP. Entrepreneur candidates are interviewed by panels of global business leaders in back-to-back sessions. Hosted within Canada's leading venture capital hub — 35+ VC funds, $24B AUM, founded by La Caisse.
A converted 19th-century gasworks in Griffintown — soaring ceilings, industrial bones, and theatrical lighting. One of Montréal's most electric settings, and the right atmosphere for the conversations that follow a day of interviews.
Sept 17
Panelists convene without candidates to debate each company's merits, challenge assumptions, and reach a collective decision on who joins the Endeavor network. The most consequential hours of the ISP.
While panelists deliberate, candidates experience a curated day of inspiration and peer connection at two of Montréal's most iconic venues. Behind-the-scenes access, marquee speakers, and moments designed to be remembered long after selection day.
The ISP closes at the home of Montréal's world-renowned contemporary circus company — a breathtaking space that merges artistic grandeur with innovation. The evening celebrates the entrepreneurs who made it through, and the global community that selected them.
